We recommend using a water-based lubricant for a smooth experience as water-based lubricants are best suited to not impact the integrity of the silicone.
Your device will take between 1.5 – 2 hours to charge fully and has a run-time of 60 minutes on highest speed setting (1.5 – 2h run-time on lower settings).
For reasons in line with these products being related to hygiene, we cannot accept exchanges and/or returns for any boxes with a broken seal.
