Yes. All of our products are subject to strict, rigorous and extensive testing. They are made with Premium LFGB-Certified silicone, the highest regulatory standard in the EU – higher than FDA. You are safe to enjoy freely
Yes. Through continuous collaboration with industry professionals and extensive research, all our vibration settings are custom-calibrated to suit various body-sensitivity levels and preferences. Our products are also ergonomically designed to be body-centric and maximize ease-of-use during the experience.
Yes. All our products are waterproof and can be enjoyed in the shower. Please remember not to use near water when charging.
Yes. Water-based lubricants are best suited for all our products, as other lubricants such as silicone-based lubricants can impact the integrity of the silicone.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our fulfilment team will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Once your items has shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email with your tracking number. Free shipping is available as of 80CHF. For all orders under 80CHF, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied.
We currently only ship to Switzerland, but will be shipping internationally very soon. Please send us your email at hello@naago.com to be the first to know when we're available in your country.
Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days. In the unlikely event that it takes longer, please contact us directly so we can address the delay for you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your individual tracking number along with a link to track the status of your order.
Yes. Your order will be delivered to you in a discreet, brand-free cardboard box.
Please note that for reasons in line with these products being related to hygiene, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any boxes with a broken seal. To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the product, at hello@naago.com to alert us of the issue with a photo attached, a photo of your receipt and clear description of the issue - and we'll help you straight away.
The 2-year warranty covers you as of the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your device is defective during this period, please file a warranty claim at hello@naago.com for a replacement. Your original receipt acts as your proof of warranty, so make sure to save it. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unreasonable use. Loss or damage to removable parts will not result in the replacement of the entire product.
