Make sure the charging pin is fully inserted into the charging port - the LED light will turn on when charging. It's common for the silicone to have a little resistance when inserting the charger. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal as the silicone closes back up to make sure the device remains waterproof after you are done charging it.
