Make sure the charging pin is fully inserted into the charging port - the LED light will turn on when charging. It's common for the silicone to have a little resistance when inserting the charger. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal as the silicone closes back up to make sure the device remains waterproof after you are done charging it. Remember to never charge the device nearby water.
